Call details are an intelligent feature that shows the path the call has taken. By default, the search result is presented in the call log with call details.
In the example below, you can see that Jimmy Bengtsson answered Robin's call. The call was connected to the Fallback group by Bullen. In the red box, you see the journey the call took.
When you turn off call details, it is shown how the call came to the answering group and who answered it.
