Insert an Easy Teams Conference
You can easily activate the extension in Outlook and book a conference from there - it's as easy as booking it in Easy Teams.
You get all the necessary information, such as conference links and phone numbers, and the participants can connect in the way that suits them best.
1. Click on the Addin-button in Outlook
2. Search for Easy Teams
3. Click on install Easy Teams
4. The extension has been installed and you see Easy Teams addin when you create a calendar activity. Click on Add Conference to log in.
5. Log in with your credentials
6. Click on Add Conference to create the conference
7. You have now created a conference in Easy Teams from Outlook
