To create an Answer Group in Easy Teams, we have removed repetitive elements. You set your default settings for the Answer Group under Default settings, and all Answer Groups you create will retrieve the settings from there.
You can set an alert that will notify the supervisor of an Answer Group when agents aren't logged in and calls are waiting.
Click on the Answer Group you want to activate the alert.
Click on Waiting Calls and then No Agents Logged In. Choose if you want to notify Agents and
Supervisors and then choose the if you want to:
- Play voicemessage and hangup
- Play Busy Tone
- Send the caller to Answer Group Voicemail
- Redirect the caller to another number
