The Supervisor can log in and out agents from an answer group. Edit opening hours and changes messages. The Supervisor can supervise multiple answer groups.
To add agents to an Answer Group, do the following:
Click on the company name and then on Phone System -> Answer Groups and click on the answering group you want to add the Supervisor to
Click on the answer group you want to add the Supervisor to, click on the Supervisor's menu, and then add the person and save
