You can edit your opening hours on the fly in Easy Teams. Click on the Call Center tab, and on the Answer Group, you want to change your opening hour. Click on the action menu on the top, choose edit and go to Scheduling & Welcome Message-menu
Add a new schedule, choose your time, and what days the schedule should affect. Choose your welcome message. You can record a new sound file or use Text-to-Speech.
Tip! Scheduling apples from top to bottom in terms of priority. Drag and drop the change order.
