You can create, edit and delete your activity statuses as you please.
Click on your profile picture and the action menu to see all your activity statuses. You can edit and create new activity status from here

- To create a new Status Type, click on the plus sign
- Name your new Status Type
- Availability mode: Green means that calls will get through. You get to choose what will happen when you Red (Busy) under the menu Handing of incoming calls.
- Default Display number: Choose the number you want to display when you make a call.
- Handling of incoming calls: You choose between letting the calls through, Send it to voicemail, voice message, busy tone, or redirect.
- Answer Groups: Even if your Status Type is busy, you can still be Available in answer groups and take calls.
- Duration: You can choose the duration of your Activity Status most common is 30 min or 60 min
