Create a conference easy in Easy Teams. Creating and inviting participants to a conference is no more than a few keystrokes away, whether you are on the go or not. To create a conference, do the following:
Click on the plus sign and choose New Meeting
In the meeting view, name the conference, select start and end dates, whether the meeting should be recurring or not. Click Include Conference Calls to add the conference information.
To invite participants, fill in their email addresses. You can also invite an entire Team.
