When you connect G Suite or Office 365 you can handle all of your mail*, calendars, and contacts in Easy Teams.
Only applies to Office 365
Click on your Personal Settings and then on Integrations -> Office 365/G Suite
Click on Connect account button and then on Office 365 or G Suite logo. When you have logged in with your credentials, you will see a "Successfully connected" message
Click on your account to activate the features you want. You can also edit your signatur.
